Aminat is embarking on a transformative journey to implement a cutting-edge HCIS-approved site security system at their facility, setting a new benchmark for secure infrastructure in the region. This comprehensive project envisions an upgraded, fortified environment that seamlessly integrates advanced physical security measures with modern technology, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
The project is strategically structured into two distinct phases, each meticulously designed to enhance the security posture of the Aminat facility. Phase 1 focuses on the establishment of a new Guardhouse, a modern Visitor Centre, and a sophisticated Security Control Centre within the existing ISD building. These new installations serve as the front line of defense, offering robust control and seamless visitor management while adhering to the stringent HCIS Directives.
Phase 2 propels the security infrastructure further by upgrading existing SSD1 fences to Category 3 and 4 standards, introducing a new Main Gate, Pedestrian Gate, Maintenance Gate, and Emergency Gate. Additionally, the project includes the deployment of a state-of-the-art Perimeter CCTV system, enhanced perimeter lighting, and advanced Access Control mechanisms to safeguard critical assets such as the Plant Control Room, DCS Building, and Sub-stations.
At the heart of this initiative lies the commitment to deliver a fully compliant, end-to-end security solution. The project encompasses detailed design documentation, including certified Security Design Documents (SDD), vendor data sheets, specifications, and proof of compliance, all in strict accordance with HCIS requirements. It ensures every security component—hardware, software, infrastructure, and personnel training—is precisely engineered to meet and exceed the latest HCIS engineering standards.
Aminat’s approach mandates rigorous verification processes, including site visits for field validation, complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) integration, and a detailed project schedule to maintain clarity and control throughout the project lifecycle. Contractors must demonstrate HCIS approval and a proven track record of successfully delivering similar site security projects, reinforcing Aminat’s commitment to selecting only the most qualified partners.
Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance remains paramount, with mandatory adherence to HCIS safety standards. Furthermore, strict confidentiality measures, such as NDA signing and adherence to formal bid submission protocols, are enforced to uphold data integrity and project security.
This ambitious project represents a pivotal upgrade for Aminat, ensuring the facility not only meets regulatory compliance but also fortifies itself against evolving security threats. Through this initiative, Aminat is not just upgrading its physical defenses; it is redefining security excellence with a future-forward approach grounded in innovation, compliance, and unwavering commitment to protection.
